Remember to visit Festive Ideas from 28 October to 1 November. The Ideas team will be there to present a host of creative workshops to inspire you.

Come and make mosaic candle holders and hearts, learn how to create beautiful pewter roses, make a lampshade and set a stunning table to wow your guests, and we will show you how to wrap gifts so they look too gorgeous to open. The workshops cost R275 each (R250 for subscribers) which includes the R20 entry fee to Festive Ideas as well as a six-month subscription to Ideas. Festive Ideas, which takes place at Simondium Country Lodge in the Cape winelands, will be bursting at the seams with wonderful gifts, crafts, décor and deli delights for the festive season.
